Une maison signée Janvier follows singer and host Marie-Eve Janvier as she undertakes the complete renovation of a cottage that needs a total transformation. This project is a deeply personal one — Marie-Eve wants to create something entirely her own. She’s taking on the challenge on her own, not as a couple or as a family project.

Meanwhile, Jean-François Breau and their family are happy in their current home and have no plans to move. With the help of contractor Joël Boileau and designer Érik Maillé, Marie-Eve will do everything she can to convince them that this new house truly is their dream home.
