Return Policy – Construction Products

At Williams, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that certain situations may require returning merchandise. Below is our return policy, designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

After 30 days, no returns will be accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect (see Warranty section).

2. Eligible Products

The following products are eligible for return:

Standard in-stock products

Unused and unopened materials

Products accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (original invoice)

3. Non-Eligible Products

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made products (e.g., cut railings, custom glass panels, specially painted sections, etc.)

Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

Products sold on clearance or as special orders not canceled before manufacturing

Products with opened packaging or removed labels that prevent resale

4. Refund Terms

Refunds are issued using the original method of payment.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned products, based on the invoiced price.

5. In-Store or Job Site Returns

Returns must be made at the original place of purchase and accompanied by the invoice.

No on-site pickups will be arranged for returns, unless the error is ours.

Initial shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Defective Products or Order Errors

Any product with a manufacturing defect or shipped in error may be returned or replaced free of charge.

In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Notwithstanding this policy, Les Aluminiums Williams Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse any return at its sole discretion.
