Job Offer: Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable Management
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and providing essential administrative support to our finance department.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails: filter, route, take messages, and direct them appropriately.

Manage and track accounts receivable, including receipt of invoiced files, analysis, client communications, and payment follow-ups.

Act as a liaison with clients to resolve billing and payment inquiries.

Prepare and send compliance documents as requested by clients.

Perform general administrative duties as requested by your supervisor.

Provide after-sales follow-up, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify issues when necessary.

Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Prepare new customer accounts and file contract notices when required.

Oversee office supplies management.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare key documents to support business operations.

Perform any other related duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Profile Sought
- Diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field.

Previous experience in accounts receivable management or administration.

Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
